This is a fantastic workshop for both students and teachers alike to learn creative, supportive, and functional ways to integrate the Pilates workout for prenatal needs. I have been fortunate to learn, practice, and experience a variety of ways to adapt pilates and yoga towards my changing body’s needs during and after pregnancy. As a mother of two, and a lover of all types of exercise, I am still getting to practice plenty of techniques on myself, and would love to share what I learned!
This workshop will include some simple tools and techniques of what to include and what to avoid for prenatal students specifically within the Pilates workout. Learn basic contraindications to educate your students with, as well as creative modifications, options, and empowering approaches for pregnant students that can be applied to pilates, yoga, and more!
Workshop fee: $100 early bird prior to October 31st, $125 after.
